What is Cookmode?

Cookmode is a meal-planning app and recipe book for serious home cooks.

It's made for you and your readers. They get their weeks planned from the blogs they trust — yours included — and a better way to save recipes and organize their home cooking.

You get a way to monetize your site and get more of your recipes cooked, without having to build tech, manage subscriptions, handle customer support, or spend time selling anything.

Every recipe your readers save is credited and linked to your site, sending you traffic, and you get 40% for life of every subscription you send.

When and how do I get paid?

Every Wednesday. Your affiliate earnings pay out weekly through the partner program — 40% of each subscription payment from every reader you've referred, for as long as they stay subscribed.

A reader's free week means their first payment (and your first cut) lands about 8 days after they sign up, then monthly from there.

Do my readers pay more through my link?

No — same price either way: $12/month, and their first week is completely free, no card required. Your share comes from Cookmode's side, never from theirs. Recommending it costs your readers nothing to try.

What exactly do you use from food blogs?

Amounts and steps — that's it. No photos, no headnotes, no stories. Saved recipes live in each member's private book — linked to your site, for their own kitchen only, never shared or republished. We built this as the opposite of the apps that scraped food blogs.

What if I don't want my blog or recipes in Cookmode?

Email us and we'll take your blog out of Cookmode's index — no argument, no delay. We stop crawling your site, and your recipes are never again suggested to any member: not in weekly menus, not anywhere.

We only want blogs whose creators are glad to be here.

Can people still save your recipes?

Only a member who personally visits your site and saves a specific page — the same as bookmarking it or clipping it to any recipe app. Cookmode itself never suggests, surfaces, or promotes your recipes to anyone. We control what we recommend; we don't control what a reader bookmarks.

(Though you may want your affiliate link first: partners earn 40% from every reader they send, for life — and bloggers in Cookmode get a lot more of their recipes cooked.)

What does this cost me?

Nothing, ever. No fees, no exclusivity to not do other partnerships, no content quota, no minimum promotion. You place a link where you already talk to readers; that's the whole job.

What if I stop promoting?

You keep earning. The 40% follows each subscription, not your activity — readers you referred last year keep paying you this year, whether or not you've mentioned Cookmode since. And there's no contract: stop whenever, no notice, and your accumulated referrals keep paying out.

Who's behind Cookmode?

One person — Benjamin. Cookmode started as a passion project to organize the high amount of cooking I do.

I started building the tool and the first people I shared it with were the other cooks in my life: my mom, my sister, my brother.

It's independent, no investors, funded entirely by member subscriptions — no ads, no data selling, no incentive that isn't "be worth $12 to the people who cook with it."

I hope you and your readers love it as much as I do.
